OUR TEAM

DeWaal Custom Homes is led by husband-and-wife team Nick and Jodi DeWaal, who bring together the perfect balance of construction expertise and design vision. With more than a decade in real estate development, they have been building, designing, and managing custom home projects since 2010.

Nick oversees the build process with hands-on GC and project management expertise, ensuring every home meets DeWaal’s uncompromising standards for craftsmanship and structural integrity. Jodi leads the creative direction and space planning, guiding each design from concept to completion. Her focus is on creating homes that are both beautifully tailored and highly functional, blending thoughtful style with everyday livability.
